slownewsday, giantlaser you'll be happy to hear the weather here relented and the two days after you left you hardly needed a jacket at all, yesterday it was 10˚ C at 7 pm! This morning down on the beach is was probably a little colder than the 7˚ being reported out at the airport.

Yeah here too, sorry the walk-about weather here was so crappy. You should come back in the summer for the highland games, then we could go anywhere we wanted sans heavy coats (provided it isn't raining).
