She also told us that our cat (Othello for those of you who care) says, "Aruff! Aruff!" When asked what kitties say ("Don't they say 'meow'?") we were informed that he was a mange maned wolf and "I will teach him how to say it. SAY ARUFF! ARUFF!"

Singing in the other room ala the Beatles: "I don't know why you say hello. And goodbye!"

And finally: "The kitty scratched me becuase I was poke, poke, poking him!"

I am torn. The pics of Rona are cute as all get out. I am scared of birds more than anything in the world. The last few pics have been tough.

The only one that seemed really scary was the eagle, especially since he kept trying to get the handler to give him more food. By biting his feet and legs. Not a lot, but after every third or fourth person he'd try to get more food out of the guy and he had to just carry one and ignore him. The owl was the best, very nice and mellow. My apologies for the next several days as well (I spent a whole afternoon with these three birds).

I can understand the fear though, Sara also has a serious dislike of our avian friends. Or as she puts it, "They could sing a song, or peck your eyes out. It doesn't really matter to them."

I think I'd have a hard time with a kid like her...because I'd be laughing too much to sort her out. :)
