(no subject)

It's impossible to be unhappy wearing a poncho.

No, because the noxious fumes that would result from the synthetic yarns. Besides, this thing has parade potential that must not be wasted. All ya'll gott'a SEE this poncho before I figure out some way to get rid of it.

But it wasn't a proper texas-clint-eastwood-pancho was it? i believe what you've got is an abomination made by the man to dilute the awesomeness that is the pancho.

hot! poncho! action!

Yes, I am in total agreement. It was not an Eastwood poncho. An Eastwood poncho would've had awesomeness far beyond the actual object since this was my Eastwood year and I have spent lots of time watching Clint in his poncho.

Um, no, I think this poncho is the living antithesis to the 'grace and inherent cool of the real Eastwood ideal' to the extent that I'm not even sure it deserves to be called a poncho.

But the image of Eastwood wearing the lime-green snowflake poncho, is priceless.

I think what you got was just a blanket with a hole cut in and a mock turtleneck appended...
