This Is Where My G(eek) Spot Is

Went and saw it today and it was great. Lovely in fact. I don't think that they'll make any of the others though--hang on checking IMDB (OK if they are I have no idea what they are calling it)-- which I find slightly disappointing but they pretty much won me over when they incorporated Journey of the Sorcerer into the film. I went all gooshy inside thinking, "Hollywood, you really do love me!

I think they did as good a job as they could, and the new stuff was good... perhaps the books are too rich to blossom in a film. I felt like things would've proceeded better with more Ford-Arthur buddy interaction earlier on; Ford seemed irrelevant except as Arthur's escape mechanism.

On the plus side, I LOVED Improbability. "And the Oscar for Best Vomit goes to..."
