If you can't remember the last time you charged the camera battery: charge it before the photoshoot. I only got maybe 45 minutes in before it died and now I have to wait to dump them into iPhoto... sad sauce.

The battery life is great, which is why I often don't realize it really is time to charge it. Let that be a lesson to the masses: get a spare!

I also find that charging the battery when uploading photos works pretty well.

My fancy schmancy camera won't do that trick. At least not with out buying something I am sure...
