this last fall I got the Wife™ addicted to Trigun and about halfway though the series they pulled it to add something or other back into the line-up. Well TiVo started recording it again since it appeared to be back on the schedule and a quick look at the Adult Swim website this morning confirmed that TiVo was correct to begin recording. Except some bastard has been playing the Big O in my preciously monitored time slot. Anyhow it makes me grumpy. It's like when I got all excited about the Star Wars: Clone Wars on Cartoon Network and didn't discover they were only supposed to be a series of 5 minute shorts when I watched the very first one. Useless disappointment reigns supreme this morning.
