It's An Ever Smaller World

Just finished a little chat with my friend George in California who had some IVR questions for me. Turns out his vendor is a division of the same corporation that bought my previous employer. Too weird. Of course now I may manage to work for George's company due to my immense technical IVR knowledge. Ha!
