Yesterday we took Othello (the larger, blacker, male-er and lighter of our two cats) to the emergency clinic. Apparently the stress of the travel back threw his whole system out of whack he may be diabetic, but there was no way we was going to be ok without a couple of days there (and maybe some more at the regular pet hospital). Any good thoughts, prayers etc. that you might want to send would certainly be OK. If we're really really lucky we'll get to bring him home Tuesday and we won't be completely bankrupt.
