when I was in junior high I wore braces and had strict instructions to NOT eat corn nuts, but I couldn't stop myself, and I broke a bracket.
But that wasn't enough to stop me.
This other time, at Gonzaga, I was eating chile picante corn nuts in a classroom when all of a sudden the girl in front of me whipped around and said, quite snottily, "Can you chew with your mouth closed? That smells disgusting."
That was enough to stop me. Don't think I've had a chile picante corn nut since.
