OMFG It's Cold

toosutoSo it's 5 F outside and with winds from 21-26 MPH it's actually - 15 F. Stoopid winter with its second wind.
Yesterday ended as well as any day that starts at 5:30 am can. With free Indian food: tandoori chicken, chicken curry, butter chicken, pillav rice, garlic naan and vegetable somosas from the Top of India Restaurant where I was shooting the food for next weeks lunch review.I'll edit this post once I get to work and get the photos off the work camera. Post them in a new entry. [Whatever.]
The Little Family™ and I were supposed to leave town this weekend to go to Pullman with our friend Sonja to visit our niece. Instead yet another person died and prevented her from leaving Tacoma. This is becoming a theme for her year and I'm getting distressed about it. This weekend was our Christmas gift to her, achance to get out of town, see her sister and god daughter and have some much needed down time. Instead, yet again, she gets to attend a funeral service.
