We are being crazy brave and have rented a car and tomorrow will set out for Inverness and Urquhart Castle (and the lovely Loch Ness): Wish us luck!

It was pretty cool. Absolutely beautiful up there. Althought 3+ hours to drive 90 miles is a little, hrm, well something. We did make better time coming back though so maybe it was just me being wierd driving here for the first time...
