I've been feeling so much healthier since we moved: I walk everywhere, I've dropped a stone and i feel like I've got a bit of stamina. Good thing I've got Aikido and Tuesday mornings to remind me that I am still woefully unfit for any sort of physical activity. Exhausted today and sore, sore, sore (but I am better at rolling over my left shoulder now) plus a nice bruise on my left wrist and an almost bruise on my collar bone. Today I am not feeling like I am going to be ready for grading in May.

I've dropped a stone

Aw, gee. Now you're all pretentious and shit. Wait. Maybe you already were pretentious and shit.

Now I'm all confused.

No ,it's true I dropped a stone, on my foot. Actually it's lost approximately 14 pounds is all. But the main unit of measurement on my scale? Stones.

Look! Shiny!

The irony of the "shiny" link was totally lost when I spent a ridiculous amount of time looking through all of the Google images.

Oh lord no! Since the big move, It's only been in the last 2 months or so that I've really been feeling healthier due to all the changes that wrought. Before that I could manage it but was damn tired a lot.

Actually our landlord told us on Sunday we wouldn't have to look for a new place, (which is a huge load off becuase for a while the plan was to figure out a place to live for a month and half while Sara was starting her thesis so we'd have somewhere to live while she finished it). David—our landlord—had been calling and asking if we knew if we were staying or what. After Sar telling him a couple of times it was too early but we would be in Aberdeen for at least 2 more months after our lease was up he decided we needed someone to offer us a break, and he'll just hope that we'll be staying on for another year and move us to a month to month lease.

Besides 3 bedrooms for £600/month? Who'd leave that except to buy their own (which we can't until Sar is on a work visa)?
