Ho Hum. Today was about as unproductive as it can get I suppose. Not particularly happy with the illustration work today, I'll probably scrap it and start over tomorrow (not that there is much to scrap). Can't be helped I suppose, not when the sun gets in your eyes. Those Aikido photos are coming but the approved list didn't make it to me on Monday, hopefully all will go well and I'll have them when I go back for second helping of pain extra practice session on Thursday.

Reader Poll #1: If I offered photographs via Etsy or some such, is there any initial interest at least amongst my friends list?

Reader Poll #1a: Any particular shots spring to mind?

Local Reader Poll #1 (or Reader Poll #2 for those willing to travel I suppose): I'm antsy to do some portraiture that isn't my adorbale, cute, and photogenic daughter, just because shooting other people, perhaps even people capable of being directed in a photoshoot might be an interesting change. We will be somewhat at the mercy of the weather of course but think of it: good times and computer files!

That doll has flowers in her eyes!

You know, I have seen you/yours in ages. I really must stop being such a cave troll. Hopefully Tom will be back soon (and my 1st phd paper will be done) and we could all hook up. :)

I will model for yous when you come to visit. As long as I don't have to be "natural", I'm totally cool. I can act for the camera, I just can't, you know, be myself on cue. It's HARD.

Okay, I am sending you email now re: illustration

Oh, also, I think you could totally sell some of your photos, especially the ones of Rona (like the toes, etc). Have you thought about putting shirt designs on Threadless?

That would be fun. Natural would be good, I mean I'm not looking to shoot anything like this, but you don't have to be you either, it is hard and I think has a lot to do with why I hate having my picture taken as well.

Email received. Althogh being in the grip (again) of the dreaded lurgy new sketches will be a little behind...

I have at least one threadless design in mind, (unfortunately it is more of a contest than a engine for making money) it is entitled "Beez Iz Pimpz Too."

POLL UNO-A: my top faves as of late: Bigger, Drip Drip, and of course TomTom. I could see TomTom being in a children's book and they have crazy adventures or being put up in a kids room.

Etsy looks awesome and I'm interested-when I start making money, which will happen any day now.
