So very tired. Still no sleep for us. Maybe this weekend will change that. Every two weeks I have a second night of aikido and last night it paid off in cool factor. Rather than just (just: ha!) perfecting technique, or developing ki I learned the first five subari for the jo (short staff). So now I can look like an idiot in the garden stepping and thrusting with a three foot pole...

Next week maybe we'll do some iaido (sword work)!

What's up with the no sleeps? In our house, the two parent-types just don't go to bed, and my thyroid keeps me up. Sad to say I'm just getting used to the less sleeping.

They're either seeing トースト or a bunch of boxes if the font isn't loaded. Flickr is the only site (I realized yesterday) that will allow me to put my username back in the script that insired it katakana: therefor トー (too) ス (su) ト(to). /nerd
