Good Times Approaching
9 June 2004 11:23Oh hey, lest I forget: The Young Dubliners will be playing at some point during the day Saturday, June 26th. The show will be free in Riverfront Park (I believe in the clock tower meadow.) If anyone wants to come hang out with me and the Wife™ and see this great show (that's free) let me know and I'll be sure to let you know when they are actually playing and what our plan is etc.
Did I mention it was free?
[EDIT 6.12.04] I was made suspicious and then confirmed that it is not free. They are only playing at the Big Easy's outdoor stage. So I guess if you want to stand really far away and hear them then it is still free. For those of you with tickets: congratulations, the Young Dubs rock. I will go quietly cry now. Ah well, while saddening this will make it that much easier to avoid Hoopfest.
