Did Joyce mention that the house across from hers on the northwest corner is for rent? It looks like a nice place (2 bdr.), but it might be spendy. Still, it could be worth looking into. Talk about having a couple of babysitters handy! Between Joyce and me, you'd have it made; plus there's a daycare on my street.
