So I already linked out the Microsoft Comic last night. I'm still riding a little high on that one. Yesterday I also met with mrsbrewer to be interviewed for Freelance Parent which will go up in the next couple weeks. I thought I had to work last night so I stayed downtown and ran little errands (I have a library card again, priced some more camera equipment and picked up Rona's immunization records etc.) and then just hung out at the Empyrean until it was time to work talking to another local photographer and slowly working on being a coffee house regular (actually I think I'm already there, just by dropping in on Vivo Publishing upstairs so much). When I got to work though I found out it was tonight: d'oh! I could have been at home working. Ah well. I'm headed out this morning to have breakfast with my dad and his new wrist (he had carpal tunnel surgery), then to pick up the Monkey™ and meet friend Rick for lunch. This weekend is looking good: not too busy and I should be able to carve out some time for projects (like making my own damn invoice in Excell).
