Weekend Stuff

The wedding was lovely. People visiting and getting together is even lovelier. Kung Fu Panda was the awesome (I am only a little sad that I was too sleepy to go for a bike ride with secret_hippie and the Monkey™ but the movie was an excellent backup plan). Today I made it out to Wilbur for a photoshoot and was even back by a reasonable time this afternoon. Feeling a little bit of the hack after this mornings shoot but tomorrow's should fix that right proper.

Carie was at GU with us (graduated class of '97 an English Major with a minor in theater I believe) and Richard Weeks (class of '98 or '99) was a CS major. They didn't meet each other until after graduating oddly enough.

Richard Weeks was class of '99 and in the Honors Program.

My senior year, he decided to join GUTS and he signed up during the ten-minute period I was in charge of the table. That won me major points— "you got Richard Weeks to sign up!?!" He was not too bad at it, actually, despite his soft-spoken ways.
