Photos from the last four days are under the cut below. The seminar was fantastic and everyone involved seemed to have a really good time. I am sore but satisfied. Now to get caught up before I leave town for Denver: the sprinklers need to be blown out, parts of the outside of the house painted and all sorts of other chores...

I didn't want to do high falls any harder than I had to: intently paying attention was a must! You ever going to come train with us? It's good times and lollipops high falls! Have I asked that before?
