Adelaide

Adelaide is the youngest of my first (albeit brief) roommate in college. Sometimes it’s startling to realize that we’ve all come so far that not too long from now we’ll be sending our own children off to the places we all met. My own is already nearly 8 and I find myself more and more often returning to old photographs to find record of this little person that used to be is continually transformed in front of me. To be sudden confronted with the changes of year or more all at once really emphasizes the incremental changes at home that we don’t always notice at the time…
