No daughter yet. Still waiting.
But the anxiety (anticipation is probably a better word but doesn't really capture the how tense the whole thing is making me) for her arrival is providing for interesting night time entertainment. No not that, I am having some weird ass dreams:
Apparently I was visiting my friend Gabriel (theater technician extraordinaire) who was working at Burning Man, which was being held (apparently) in the desert outside Price Utah. Sara and I were planning on driving in and visiting the tea house that Tyler and Jayme were running. While chatting in Price a large storm came through Zion National Park was washing the Burning Man participants out to sea. By walking at a leisurely pace we were able to stay ahead of the water but hundreds of naked hippies were washed past us as they were overcome by the rising waters. Eventually I got a on the union over hire list was brought in an extra set of hands to break BM down and get it loaded on the trucks. Mainly because most of the original crew had drowned, but also because Gabriel was on good terms with the crew head and knew I was looking for work.
When I arrived at the site was covered in dried mud with various trusses and light trees emerging at random intervals and dotted around the landscape were the arms and legs of those who were trapped in flash flooding but somehow not washed out to sea.
