Also I haven't forgotten as much about knitting as I thought since as he was tying twine around the roulade, I paused the television to ask, "Is he casting on that roll of meat?" (The answer, dear Interweb, is yes. Yes he was.)

I am so glad that included an uh, because on first read I didn't see it but added it in my head. Then I re-read it and realized that all is right with the world. Except for all the poverty and violence, that has got to go.
