The Disease With The Surprise Ending

Maybe not so much of a surprise since the ending possibilities are binary: you are better or you are not better. Although we thought we were better were, in fact, not. Last night was spent in a malaise of stomach churning acids and gas. Still not better but it is work time. Bleck.
