As someone who knows this man very well, I would say the eyes have it, chap! Seriously, the eyes, eyebrows and hair are perfect. He looks a little evil toward the chin and goatee but could just me the reference photo. Still, it's a good job doing someone you're not used to drawing (um, like me or you. :))

It is my tres cool pirate watch with a new leather band (that cost more than the watch!) I am quite attached.

You think so about the eyes? I never see myself from sideways, but I imagine my face is less flat and the eyes are larger.

Of course, you should never ask the model's opinion.
