Breaking News™: So the real estate agent lady called me back this morning while I was at work: the whole thing is a go. The buyer is skipping the home inspection. Sometime in the next two weeks the house will be appraised and then we'll start getting our stuff out of our house.

Congrats on finally (almost) selling your house. Any attempt to woo you to my end of the world is merely a result of missing you so much. And since Holly is moving to Eugene this summer (she's getting her PHd at UofO), you guys are the last reason I have to ever go to Spokane. If I get you closer, that's a whole 6 hour trip out of the way!

If the job market weren't so crappy I'd have half a chance. Unfortunately chances are low (not that I am not trying, but I was just rejected for another Portland job. *sigh*
