The little Smithling has a fast little heartbeat! Approximately 168 beats per minute. The little one is shy and was hiding from the doctor who was (obviously) able to eventually suss out its location.
Back when I was the host to a new person on its way into the world, I told my mom when my baby was born I was going to name him "Aloysius" or "Ignatius." She responed "Iggy!" and until he popped out, Iggy he was. (As in, "Mom, Iggy's hungry, can you make me some chicken wings?" "Mom, Iggy kicked me!")
Then he was born and his parents named him Josh which, no offense, isn't half as cool as Aloysius or Ignatius, in my book. But "Little Smithling" is right up there with "Iggy" on my cool-o-meter.
