So for the last six months I have been dragging out the production of the Bronzer Cookbook (edited by [livejournal.com profile] k8cre8), a 82 page cookbook put together by and aimed at Angel/Buffy fans. It is now available via the magic of print on demand publishing at Lulu.com. Copies are $20.58 and $3 of every book goes to the make-a-wish foundation. Everyone wants Buffy themed food, right? It was quite the learning experience but I think despite the extended time frame it turned out really well.

OH MY GOD! HOW COOL IS THAT?

I'm fluxuating between asking someone to buy it as a holiday gift and just downloading it myself.

SO. COOL.

It's pretty cool, it's got inspired-by-the-show food, food from the show, staked appetizers, drinks, soups and baked goods, desserts and recipes from celebrities like David Fury (he wrote the puppet Angel episode and appeared in it as the cursed puppet maker)!

Fury's actually didn't write the puppet episode (the was Joss and Ben Edlund, yes, I'm a nerd), but he the cursed puppet maker in it. He's also the guy who got Xander in a speedo...

He's currently writing for 24...

Also you'd think that I of all people would remember that that episode was Ben Edlund. Could it have been any more like an episode of the Tick?

That was my thought. I was surprised you'd missed it. It had a decent bit of "Tick" in it. But, then, I'm a freak.

My pleasure, sorry it took twice as long as we thought. I will never move to another country in the middle of a project again.

Hopefully.
