Nothing Like A Fine Meal

slownewsday makes the most delicious food, although my hate of aubergines is quite high, I was almost tempted to steal a taste of the vegetarian meal she made for her friend yanners on Sunday. But not quite.

I thought the aubergine slices were bits of italian sausage at first glance.

I could have gotten on board for italian sausage. I believe these were marinated then seasoned and then broiled.

Yup! Also, they were baby aubergines, so not slices at all, that's the whole size of them, just split in half. =]
