Sleep! (Finally)
25 July 2008 08:50Apparently what I need to sleep well on my own now is a two hour work out, and to stay up until midnight. I was out once I hit the pillow and slept in until nearly 8:30. I'm not doing too much today and sort of taking the day off. (I am doing lunch out for a review but that barely counts right?)
Tomorrow is my belt test and I'm feeling pretty confident about it (especially having such a better night at training than on Tuesday where I could barely walk it seemed much less throw anyone around). Plus the second half of training last night was so breathing oriented it was really relaxing and meditative. I think that also contributed to the "Josh can sleep" bits of yesterday.
