I took this one today while I was out working. I drove all the way up to Sandpoint, Idaho. I had forgotten what a beautiful drive it can be (even after all the leaves have fallen).

Man, I miss those halcyon days of youth... when my teacher and class would go up to Schweitzer and ski the days away... and we'd make a special stop in Sandpoint to get chocolate cream cheese.

Seriously - the next time you drive up that way, you gotta get some of it. It's like Chocolate Cheesecake without all the extra crust stuff.

I will hesitantly and potentially commit to trying it if I can overcome my dislike of cream cheese and dismay at missing crust (a good crust is part of my love of Cheesecake...)
