Can you do me a favor? I need a screenshot of the Windows Update website just before you actually run the Windows Update via the Web and I also need a screenshot of the control panel window with the windows firewall off asking if you'd like to turn it on. Thanks in advance!

happy to give these to you but which screens do you need specifically? there are various windows involved. . . also, do i need to be in the standard XP display modes for you?- (instead of the classic mimic) does it matter if my other firewall is on? maybe we can work it out by phone

We'll be there over memorial day weekend and there will be BBQ at Chris and Beth's on the 24th (Saturday) at 4 pm. Sunday we are meeting Sara's high school friend Tasha (and her daughter) and Monday we'll be headed back out of town although I am not sure what time yet...
