We took a short break on our East Coast ALA extravaganza to jaunt up to Brooklyn where we visited my sister and her partner Steven. Good times were had, ice cream was eaten. Delicious delicious Oaxacan food was had. Portraits were taken. I loved Brooklyn and would have stayed for another week or two. Although on the other hand I hear it got even more hot and even more muggy after we left so maybe it was for the best.
