What the fuck sort of Qwest CSR can't bridge a call between me (who called in) and the engineer he called while trying to help me out? Why is it have plenty of questions that I would like to ask you (the internet) but all I can manage to do is brief posts about my incredulity about the amazing stupidity apparently inherent in support personnel that don't even have the excuse of not being from my country? Does that last sentence even have any meaning by the time you get to the end of it?

Actually, I only really understood the last part. I had a staff meeting today that so clearly showed me how dumb my coworkers really are.

One used the word "hypnoticable." If you didn't work in a hypnosis clinic, you would sound dumb saying that...
