Breaking News™: So the real estate agent lady called me back this morning while I was at work: the whole thing is a go. The buyer is skipping the home inspection. Sometime in the next two weeks the house will be appraised and then we'll start getting our stuff out of our house.

It looks like we'll be moving into an apt (or maybe a duplex overlooking the river) downtown and then it's back to maniacal planning for our conquest of Venus Saturn.
