We had so much crab yesterday we couldn't eat it all so today [livejournal.com profile] secret_hippie made these yummy crab cakes!

I'll get Sara to post it but the basics were this: Stove Top cornbread stuffing, egg(s?) and a bowl of crab meat. Mix, make patties, fry up.

I especially like photographing food for some reason. I get to do a lunch review shoot for work today! Hooray!
